Ear candles are an ancient, mild and natural therapy and have been used by the Native Americans for many years. Hopi Ear Candling, can be used to treat many conditions of the ear, nose and throat area.
The treatment is very gentle and relaxing and may take up to 45 minutes. Once the treatment has been carried out in either ear, then a complete facial massage is carried out, paying particular attention to the sinus areas.

Indian Head Massage is a popular treatment based on techniques involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
A variety of massage movements based on the patient’s condition are used. It can ease tension headaches, anxiety and stress, neck/shoulder stiffness, tinnitis and other ear problems, sinusitis, mental tiredness, insomnia, hair loss/thinning and eye strain.

Reiki is a very simple process. The recipient simply lies on a couch and relaxes. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki will pass through anything, even plaster casts.
The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions which cover the whole body. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms. A full treatment usually takes 1hour with each position held for several minutes.

Hot Stone Massage is a truly relaxing treatment using hot stones of varying sizes on parts of the body giving a deep massage and creating a sensation of warmth and comfort.
The heat from the stones feels great and is also wholly therapeutic - helping detox the body and relaxing the nervous system. The stones used are smooth, volcanic basalt that retain their heat on the body for as long as possible.

Seated Acupresure
Seated acupressure massage is based on the traditional Japanese acupressure technique called anma. Anma is Japanese for ‘press and rub’ and this therapy aims to stimulate the acupressure points in the head, neck, shoulders, spine and lower back.

On Site Massage deeply relaxes mind and body leaving you refreshed and energised for the rest of the day – a must to try. This massage is carried out fully clothed on an ergonomically designed chair (or without special chair).
We can arrange for one of our qualified masseurs to come and visit you either at your place of work or at your home depending on your schedule.
